Registration

How do I register for the loyalty scheme?

You can register for the WiloXperts loyalty scheme via the link on the homepage "Request to join WiloXperts", under the login window. After approval of your registration, you will receive an email confirmation from Xperts.be@wilo.com ith your username and password to access your account. Make sure you keep an eye on your junk email folder, just in case!

I’ve forgotten my login details/password. What should I do?

If you have forgotten your login details and/or password, you can request them again in the login window on the homepage.

I have not received the email with my login details and/or password. What should I do?

If you have not received the email with your login details and/or password, first check whether an email Xperts.be@wilo.com has landed in your junk email folder. Still haven't received anything? Please send us the email address you have provided for your account via the contact form and we will look into this.

I can't log in. What should I do?

If you can’t log in, first check that you have entered your username and/or password correctly. Remember: the password is case sensitive. If it still doesn't work, request a new password via the link in the login window.

Qualifying products

Where can I find the list of qualifying products?

The list can be found on the "About WiloXperts" page.

Earning points

How can I earn points with my Wilo product purchases?

All you have to do is send us your invoices by uploading these directly to the WiloXperts platform. We will then award the points that are relevant to your purchases.
